Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Sauna Sales — Final Sale Policy Due to the size, nature, and freight delivery requirements of saunas, all sauna sales are final. Sauna orders cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except in cases of damage upon arrival or manufacturer defect. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships) Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply for custom orders). Cancellations of Custom Orders Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned unopened and unused; an additional restocking fee may apply.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@saunagalore.com. Returns must be sent to: SaunaGalore, 11166 Fairfax Blvd Suite 500, Fairfax VA 22030, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Return Shipping Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging for another product, we may be able to help cover some costs depending on the product. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@saunagalore.com.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Take photos of the damage, box, and SKU and send them to support@saunagalore.com within 24 hours of delivery — freight damage claims will not be valid after 24 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are responsible for return shipping costs in all exchange scenarios.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Warranties vary by manufacturer — see individual product pages for details. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you'll receive a replacement or store credit for that item's standalone value. Return shipping charges apply if the order has shipped.

Chargebacks Our team is here to resolve any issues. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — any fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. Contact us at support@saunagalore.com.
