Refund policy

Return Policy - SaunaGalore - Annandale VA

Request Deadline: You must request a return within 30 days of delivery - not 30 days to process. Email support@saunagalore.com within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA. No RMA = No Return accepted.

RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. We will not accept any return without an RMA. The return address will be provided with your approved RMA - do not ship to any address without an RMA.

Original Packaging Required: All returned goods must be in their original packaging. We may refuse refund if you fail to comply.

Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse refund until we are in receipt of the goods, have inspected them, and found them free of damage. Refunds are provided within 5 business days once product is returned to warehouse and inspected.

  1. New. Must be original packaging. Never opened.
    • Original outbound charge - Flat rate shipping on price sheet.
    • Return inbound charge - 120% of outbound amount.

    Note: 20% restocking fee does NOT apply to unopened packages per Ethan clarification and Fee Chart.

  2. New. Must be original packaging. Opened, assembled, never used.
    • Original outbound charge.
    • Return inbound charge - 120% of outbound amount.
    • 20% restocking fee of total purchase price.
  3. Opened, assembled, and used.
    • No return accepted.

Example freight calculation for GDI-8203-01 Drammen - subject to confirming freight rate applies to customer return

  • Flat rate shipping on price sheet for this model is $1,700 per 2025-2026 Ecommerce sheet.
  • Return inbound is 120% of outbound = $2,040 (if $1,700 applies).
  • Example 1 - New, original packaging, never opened: $1,700 + $2,040 = $3,740 plus any routing/storage.
  • Example 2 - New, original packaging, opened/assembled, never used: $1,700 + $2,040 + 20% restocking ($16,470 sale x 20% = $3,294) = $7,034 total.

These examples depend on confirming the $1,700 freight rate applies to your return - final freight costs determined at time of RMA per supplier policy.

Additional Charges per GDINA Policy

  • Change of address: $85 same city/terminal, $150+ different city/terminal
  • Redelivery: $95 2nd attempt, $150 3rd attempt
  • Storage: $125 per day after 3rd day at destination terminal

Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Warranty: 5 YEAR Electronic / 1 YEAR Stove per supplier spec - Warranty claim through Golden Designs Inc N.A.
