Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all saunas to the contiguous United States. White glove delivery (inside placement and debris removal) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?

Currently we ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Please contact us at support@saunagalore.com for quotes on Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping.

Installation & Setup

Is installation included?

Standard delivery includes curbside or threshold delivery. White glove delivery includes inside placement. Full installation services are not included but most of our saunas are designed for easy DIY assembly — no electrician required for 120V models.

Do I need an electrician?

Most of our infrared saunas run on standard 120V outlets and require no special wiring. Traditional and hybrid saunas may require a dedicated 240V circuit — we recommend consulting a licensed electrician for those models.

How long does assembly take?

Most saunas can be assembled in 1–2 hours with two people. Each sauna comes with detailed assembly instructions.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do your saunas come with?

All saunas come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Golden Designs saunas typically include a limited lifetime warranty on the cabin and a multi-year warranty on heaters and electrical components. Contact us for specific warranty details on any model.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact support@saunagalore.com to initiate a return.

What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you to high temperatures (150–195°F), creating a classic sauna experience. Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly at lower temperatures (120–150°F), which many find more comfortable while still delivering deep therapeutic benefits.

What is a hybrid sauna?

A hybrid sauna combines both traditional and full spectrum infrared heating in one unit, giving you the flexibility to use either mode or both simultaneously for a fully customized wellness session.

Are your saunas low EMF?

Yes — all of our infrared saunas feature low EMF or ultra-low EMF carbon fiber heating panels, designed for safe, comfortable use.
